Pros

the pay is good for the work that you do. The people you work are very nice and work hard.

Cons

You work outside most of the time in the heat and cold and rain and snow. Some times there under staffed and the managers don't care.

Reasonable compensation, Good benefits, Flexible Scheduling

Cons

Scheduling-no one wants to work nights/weekends, People who are not ready for management positions are promoted while hard workers are over-looked, Compensation is not commensurate with the production of the business, overworked

Pros

Great training, good managers, nice environment.

Cons

Industry reputation is hard to get rid of even though CarMax is nothing at all like the used car industry. Pay is very low so turnover is high. Only one Saturday off every 6 weeks. Management is obcessed with timekeeping late by 1 minute 4 times in a year and you are fired-automatically.
