Not to far from home No one really bothers me There is a recession out there It could be worse

Pay is terrible It's like a secret society, still have not figured out how to get promoted. To much busy work to get promoted

Good Growth, Good benifits pkg. Good diversity of associates. Long term career plans. Good associate development program. Stong senior team.

Cons

Need more work life balance. Need more store level input to corporate. Company undergoing cultural shift to more black and white. Not open to opinions.
