Pros

Flexible vacation time, reward employees with a lot of events, work-life balance. Besides that, nothing much.

Cons

Very disappointed about this firm, no structure, very demotivated. - Company engaged in a lot of body shopping projects and cannot win more interesting projects. - Bad projects that provide no development of skills and experiences. - Senior management offer little coaching and opportunities. - A lot of politics. -High staff turnover. - Salary offered is as per your previous salary, no base-line salary alignment. - Lack of expectation setting before starting work - No transparency and trust.

Pros

None None None None None

Cons

Worst HR People you will ever see in any organization. India Leadership is is BIG ZERO. And one more feather on cap. They are cheating to its employess by telling they pay 100% variable but now announced No Variable Payout this year. I am stuck here. Please Please do not join or do not fall in trap of variable.

Pros

Some good people still left in the firm Opportunities to work in other locations via GROW Has a couple of good projects. The rest are worse than body shopping

Cons

People leaving in droves. Without waiting for bonus or promotion outcomes Promotions are based on who you know and not what you know. Decisions are not consistent across the grade. People get promoted off the back of other people's work -by being in the right role at the right time, and the right account. Not hard work
