Pros

* Capco is a engaging company that really focuses on Clients (and therefore delivery) and it's people/community. * It has seen tremendous signs of growth over the past few years and the culture has also grown. * From my experiences and interaction with current employees there are very few employees that are dissatisfied. * The company really encourages entrepreneurship and provides people with all the opportunities possible to drive an idea forward, speak their minds and challenge ideas or leaders * Innovation, networking events, interest groups, community groups are but some of the many activities/ groups within Capco that people may choose to join and be involved in * Employees are encouraged to drive their own careers at Capco and Capco is committed to personal and professional development * Capco is not your typical Big Four consultancy and has never aimed to be. At Capco an Associate can have just as valid point as a Partner and respect is requested at all levels of the organisation

Cons

* Capco is not for everyone, for those looking for a steady 9am-5pm job then this company is probably the right one for you. Some roles are more stable than others however, when a release is due or when a document deadline approaches you may be expected to work long hours * There is an expectation that you want to help contribute towards building and developing the business whether internal or external therefore if you want don't want to do any additional work beyond your "normal" role, again this is probably not for you * Some people may also find the work life balance difficult with so many events, activities and communities, as above if you don't want to socialise with your colleagues and get to know them outside of your normal working hours, Capco may not be the right place for you

Pros

There's a general upbeat attitude about, people are willing to go out.

Cons

There are wide discrepancies in experience within the same titles. People brought in from the industry usually are shafted compared to the main Accenture-gang in terms of levels and salaries with no fast track options upon performance. Trainings are all in-house and very basic, if you've worked for a year, you will not get much out of them. Salaries are nothing to write home about and you will find some or the other networking event in your diary every evening after work. Off late the project quality has deteriorated to a contract quality, and unless you are in the core group, you will not get a whiff of any exciting innovative work that might be happening in the company.

Pros

You will be on a project, with a small number of big projects your sure to find yourself in a role pretty quick. Everyone gets some basic training. Lots of social activities etc, some of them better than others but lots to choose from

Cons

Very poor culture within the company. Lots of ex accenture people. Lots of who you know not what you know type behaviour. Very limited training opportunities. Very limited range of roles, lots of junior people doing very simple activities which fails to develop their ability to add value and do much more than basic project admin.
