Pros

The work environment is open and dynamic. Colleagues are competent and are willing to work as a team. There are various perks, including gym membership, daily meals etc.

Cons

Those based in Beijing normally have to come to work every other Sunday, which is fine by me but might be a downside for some. The company will have to resolve the image issue (negative media coverage) in the long term.

Pros

There are no pros of this company.

Cons

-international presence, but still a very Chinese company. Mandarin speaking essential even though the role is not based in China. -Poorly structured organization with arbitrary job grading where there is no clear scope of job responsibilities -highly competitive culture where team members are pitted against one another, no collaboration or team work despite working toward a common goal/objective -they use their own software so a lot of inefficiencies that have not / are not being addressed. End up wasting time doing manual admin, time that could be spent doing more value added work -majority of employees primary goal is to ‘make it to the 6-month probation’ and you will question whether you still love doing what you were hired to do and have been doing before the company -waste of company resources on arbitrary ‘business trips’ where nothing substantial is accomplished, this takes time away from the actual job/ responsibilities that need to be looked after
