Pros

Salary, benefits. They do pay higher than the market average

Cons

Laying off hundreds of people to start hiring for the same roles in a couple of months. Not all of those who were laid off were 'bad' apples. Some people barely passed their probation, were appreciated by their team and got good feedback. Bcom is like a cult and most people who worked there for ages lost sense of reality. Oldies who stayed refused to use Slack and they were opposed to Jira migration, as both seemed too complicated. They still work there. If this is the mentality that is valued, the company is far behind all startups. Micromanagement everywhere, meanwhile they can't make sense out of tickets they receive in HR, Finance and IT. Notification system for different tasks is delayed for months. If you care about being booking blue and lose your sense of identity for some free trips, it's the place for you
