Pros

Your job rarely stays the same for long so you're always facing new challenges - it's pretty hard to get bored. The company is international, young and growing so there's a great buzz to working here. Booking are investing a lot in learning and development opportunities for all employees and they genuinely want to create a great place to work. The heart is there even if it doesn't hit the mark every time.

Cons

Growing at the pace it does, not all processes, systems and communications are optimised to the level they should be.

Pros

Working nights is higher pay, Management quite supportive. Training is taught and paid for during the training so its good.

Cons

Not much cons i would not recommend to graduates just for people looking for a part time job and likes working in a slow-moving call centre.
