      Pros

      Good employer all round, would recommend to anyone at any level. Demands high-performance and integrity but will reward this.

      Cons

      Usual institutional problems that face all very large companies. Snr management are commitment to changing this as much as possible and are making good progress.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good and they tend to pay a little more than above market rates. The work is certainly challenging and interesting. The Geneva office tends to act as the hub for most of their locations given that their platform is run from there.

      Cons

      Quite chaotic working with a lack of strategic focus. Significant resource shortages with considerable stress applied to most working teams. I believe that BW in Geneva have one of the highest turn over rates of the private banks in Switzerland...
