No pros. Even the bonus system is corrupt

No care for people's unexpected medical emergencies Poor management and to many managers who haven't a clue Poor admin and hr No empathy towards workers Make out they care until its your turn then they show their true colours and throw you under the bus. Union is a waste of money. DONT HAVE ANY TIME OFF ELSE YOU WONT HAVE A JOB Staff turnover is extremely high. Staff constantly telling their stories of b&m treating them badly. I would hear people talking daily about disgusting treatment.

Only pro i have about this company is i had a great team in store

Cons

Workload is ridiculous, not enough hours in store to complete tasks in the amount of time they expect, deliveries are ridiculous - send too much stock in when most stores have beaming warehouses and store stock in yards. No worklife balance. Higher management have their favourite stores/people and only support them. If your face doesnt fit you are doomed in this business.
