      Good place to get your foot in the door if you are very interested in the car business

      Cons

      the pay is extremely poor for all of the work you put in. Sometimes you work 14 hour days, at only $12 an hour.

      Good salary, a lot of paid vacation, overtime is either paid, or available in form of free days.

      Cons

      Historically grown corporate structure with no consistency and redundancies paired with coordination loops. Decisions are mostly made based on political power of respective managers. Management doesn't stick to their own decisions.
