Cons

you could stay about 3 months in one department for the job-rotation, sometimes too short to finish the project in the department.

Great company working at the forefront of technology. Flexible schedules with a lot of research projects towards autonomous driving.

Cons

Location. Headquarters in Ingolstadt. You have to live there or travel a lot everyday from bigger cities located closely, such as Nuremberg or Munich.
