      They have a big variety of projects with different clients and different tech

      Cons

      They could pay better salaries. The salary range is in conformity with general portuguese consulting companies, which are somewhat low when compared with foreign companies

      Pros

      Line manager is very open and accessible, feedback cycle is great and they do raise your salary if they notice you are performing better than expected. A lot of team building events, free meal Fridays, 3-4 big parties per year.

      Cons

      Nothing special to add, although some people complain about a lack of clarity in terms of which projects you can possibly move to.
