      Great Consultancy if you can handle at least 1 year in it

      Pros

      Great job guiding developers through all documentation process Some financial support if you're coming from another country They really care about how you feel, keeping updated about your satisfaction When I ask a project change, they started immediately to search for another one Frequent party events to increase satisfaction and integration between consultors

      Cons

      In my case, I came from Brazil.They support me in a lot of ways, since from documentation until to refunding me with 600 euros in my first month rental. But in other hand, they requires me to pay 3,5k euros if I decide to quit the company before 1 year. It is fair in some way, but it could turn into a problem (for example, if you don't adapt well and decide to come back to you country).

      Pros

      The only advantage was the client I had.

      Cons

      A lot of cons: - Poor pay in relation to the job market. - Illegal buy-out if you want to leave before your 1 year (4000 euro). - If you want to leave before your 1 year, they will hold your salary of 1 month + 45 days of prior notice without notification from their part. - No availability of business managers to reply for your questions (2-4 weeks of late answers - All benefits are written only in their PDF, nothing is real. In addition of that, you will be treated as a slave and a product, once you get a client they will not care about you, all they do, is the facturation.
