      Rewarding but bureaucracy ruins the joy

      Pros

      Some of the guys are great technical as well as business minds. Open to trials and waiting to change. Has some of the best contracts and clients. Better than the typical Indian IT Service providers

      Cons

      Politics and bureaucracy exist in plenty. Leadership has failed to live up to the mark. There's a constant shuffle at the top. Credentials hardly matter. Influence plays a huge part. Even the scale and size of the company, it has managed to remain an unrecognized brand, as compared to its competitors.

      Pros

      Additional Jobs were created and some employees were promoted. At least provided the same benefits before merged with SIS. Provided tumblers.

      Cons

      Management seems to be deciding without thinking. Leveraging multiple account without any salary adjustment. Lots of politicians in the company.

      There are some decent projects with good domain knowledge and good technology. People can use this knowledge elsewhere. Good opportunity to learn

      Cons

      You are not rewarded suitably for your work. You need to be a bootlicker to move up the pecking order. Not a place for sincere employees. Typical government like bureaucracy. The HR VP is a sham, MD does nothing but approvals. MD believes in cutting costs to increase revenue and justify his annual hike. No initiative to generate new sources of revenue. Not bothered about the employees.
