      Pros

      Doing the bare minimum is no different than doing a fantastic job.

      Cons

      Remote managers are overwhlemed that going above and beyond to impress goes unnoticed. Doing the bare minimum is no different than doing a fantastic job. Zero chance of any upward movement in company. You're just a number to make profit for the company that you'll never see. No incentive to do a great job except to keep your job . Company wants top talent for cheap.

      The job content was good but everything else was terrible.

      Pros

      Some of the projects on offer are interesting.

      Cons

      The major downside is the remuneration. The pension contributions were below average, the salary was below to average but the performance related pay year on year was terrible. I've since left but I hear the same excuse they gave me 6 years ago is still being used to give the vast majority of their employees below inflation increases. Due to this remuneration issue, all the talent leaves and all that is left is either incompetence or complacency.
