      Flexible timings , Good work culture. Good work is appreciated. Lot of scope to shift to another projects of choice in the company

      Pros

      You get the opportunity to work in a global company with the high standard methodology and excellent environment as well as to work with many professionals.

      Cons

      A very big company provide complex processes and there are a lot of changes during the year. This could be the cause to waste time to study the new processes all the time.

      Good SAP Practice, if you are a SAP consultant it's a good place for you, A Global presence and goal to become European Champion after acquisition of Siemens' IT business

      Cons

      Very much bureaucratic, things donot move at all, not sure where it is going, India operations not going in right direction.
