Training, and people helping me along my journey A great management team with a true sense of service The job is interesting, I learn a lot of different things The clients / contracts are big, and bring complicated matrix organisation
Cons
Salaries are not aligned with the market Lack of communication between the units The group moves from an organization to another but the time in between doesn't let enough time for the people to accomodate. It results in a lack of visibility.
