Pros

Colleagues are nice, polite and smart. It's a multicultural atmosphere, with people from many countries and backgrounds.

Cons

The company offers no opportunities to learn new skills, no access to training; there are no opportunities for career progression, so basically you're stuck doing the same job for many years.

Great news organization but morale is low

Pros

Great news organization, well recognized. Editors won't push to do stories that have no news value for alterior motives. Objectivity is always pursued.

Cons

Difficult to navigate because of management and other reporters who perhaps don't communicate too well. Editors could find a better way to increase level or urgency to publish non-breaking news material and not wait too long.
