Pros

Respected within the industry until they turned tabloid.

Cons

This company does not promote within unless they are meeting a quota. It is not based on merit. I was highly regarded within my industry and not only was not promoted, when a manager (who was only promoted due to a quota) overspent the years budget they gave pay cuts to those of us working the hardest to supplement said mistake.
