      1- challenging project ( I particulary apreciate the "lunch and learn" presentation) 2- passionate and talented people 3- dynamic and pleasant environment 4- support and advice 5- organised sports activities during lunch

      Despite the current worldwide company size, it still has a smalle company mind set. It keeps an excellent can do approach!

      This still not big situation of the organisation sometimes brings some weaknesses for best cross-site and cross-silo activities.
