1. Treat ex-patriots terribly, even ask for your visa/flight costs to be paid back if you resign within 12 months 2. Lack of company culture and morale 3. Lack of empathy for employees, very ruthless environment

Unclear career path is not exist that forced many people to leave seeking for a growths else where within the middle east.
