Pros

Adevinta has a friendly culture, the structure is quite flat and colleagues are really helpful and approachable. The management really looks after their people and we like to refer to ourselves and marketplaces we serve as "family". Benefits are great, work life balance also, we work hard but we're all in it together. There is a real sense of achieving together as a team vs. individual achievement and performance. The company is international so you get to travel within Europe quite a bit.

Very talented, prepared and smart people have joined since the IPO (so since the beginning of Adevinta on its own) Very international and diverse environment Great benefits and initiatives for employees Fantastic management team Great Barcelona office
