      Pros

      High empowerment of people and very good conditions to work, very focused on the company culture. Competitive salary and additional perks (health insurance, shares program, free breakfast, gym discounts etc). Offices are really great and very well located in 22@. You learn a lot surrounded by very talented individuals always following on the latest trends. A lot of flexibility for the employees to balance work and personal live.

      Cons

      Hard to find the sweet spot between autonomy & anarchy, sometimes processes are not optimum due to diversity of ways of working and lack of alignment.

      Pros

      I have worked in Adevinta for 5 years now, and the experiences and learnings I've had since I joined allowed me to change to management position and lately, to do an internal transfer to another office location. I love that I can learn and grow professionally and that they actually provide you with the tools needed for that. We are a very diverse team, not only culturally, but also on background and experience, so it's always very interesting to have input from other collaborators. Company culture is big on having a work-life balance, and they care a lot about their employees, providing great benefits, relocation packages if needed, and handling the current Covid-19 situation amazingly well.

      Cons

      - As of today, the company hasn't been very vocal about current social issues and movements, and I think we could do a better job on that area. - In the Barcelona office, it might be hard to join if the applicant doesn't have a lot of experience, as the trainee programs and positions are not super common.
