Great company, great learning culture, flexible hours, good benefits, good pay. Many opportunities to learn and contribute to stuff out of your role. So far the (personal) quality of the people to work with has been amazing. Top management feels close, sensible and it feels like they honestly care about the employees. The flexible schedule allows you to work few days from home during the week even from way before the pandemic. Take into account that Adevinta and Adevinta Spain are two separate companies, even if they operate in the same building. Sentiment, benefits, policies and career opportunities vary a lot between them.

Cons

Some uncertainty due to lots of re-orgs (Schibsted split, merge with Ebay Classified Groups).
