      - Great technical challenges. Latest technologies. Continuous improvement programs. - Bright people with a super collaborative spirit - Very diverse (13 different nationalities in my team of 20). English as the working language. - Large time allocated to training (ML academy, ...) - Very healthy culture (transparency, fact based, no office politics, autonomy) - Nice office. Remote work policy.
