      Pros

      It is an exciting company to work for, a lot of tech stuff! Also with the merger with eBay's classified group interesting challanges will happen.

      Cons

      It is getting more and more burocratic and enterprise-y, losing flexibility and perks.

      Pros

      Incredible people: People are very honest and friendly, always ready to help. Managers are also very close and it's easy to talk to them when you have any doubt or problem. Feedback is also very important in the company, in every sense. Role and tasks: I feel that the role is very well defined as well as the tasks, that's something important for me. I also think that everything is very well organized in every sense, this facilitates the way we work. Benefits: I appreciate all the benefits that we have as well as the opportunities to learn new things.

      Cons

      Although not in my case, I've seen some workmates suffering from too much workload. However, I know that's something that they are trying to solve.
