      - Opportunities to grow professionally - Highly skilled teams and talented colleges - Environment could be challenging and motivating if you fit with your team - Most managers I had were good ones, or at least fine. None of them were rude or disgusting - Most of the time I had autonomy and freedom to make my own decisions and to work on those things I considered important within the project I was working on. Although that was not always the case, depending on the team

      - Working culture may vary A LOT between different teams and business units. You could be happy with your team and then due any reorganization or project change, end up with another team that you don't fit into - There are reorganizations and structure changes very often, which brings a lack of stability and lack of security feeling - Sometimes, depending on the team, Political Correctness could feel a little bit oppressing if you tend to be spontaneous
