      Good salary Great people to work with Always changing environment Cutting-edge technologies and methodologies Space for experimentation and try new things Amazing work-balance lifestyle

      Cons

      Being in constant change might be difficult/annoying for some people Requires to be always ready to learn Not organized enough, IMHO requires more radical actions and better team structures (that keep changing over time and I have no doubts things are getting better all the time)
