Abbott Vascular has many programs to help individuals to advance their carreers. In addition the company has programs to help improve your health and finances. The company values people who are inovative and promote constant changes such as Six Sigma and Lean concepts.

Cons

For a non-professional candidate the only way to go to work at Abbott Vascular is to start as a temporary employee and after a year you can be hired on as a permanent employee.

Cons

Manufacturing environment is very regimented and detailed. No mistakes as they make medical device that go into people.
