Decent benefits (401k, insurance, PTO, average pay

Cons

No working from home options anymore, 2024 all US sites went full on site. They offer one day a week from home which they make almost impossible to get obtain (goes to the DVP and has to be renewed every 90days). Good work is rewarded with more work, unrealistic expectations for deadlines. Contracts don’t get health insurance, kind of ironic since abbott is one of the biggest medical device manufacturers and with a mission ‘live better, not just longer’.
