Good work life balance Staff are friendly and helpful

This is the kind of place that you tell yourself "it will do for now" Don't get stuck there like other people regretfully do Employee satisfaction is low which explains the high and constant turnover rate 2 rounds of lay offs in 1 year for budget cuts Leadership is a three ring circus A few managers are pleasant to work with but it does not outweigh the negative experiences.

corporate bs. Made less than when i started after 6 years. Can't get equipment that is needed to job correctly or as advertised.

Good people that are helpful when you are in need of assistance.

Cons

-Costly health insurance -No pay increase in over 10 years unless you work in the Sales Dept. -No opportunity for advancement in organization -No direction from management as to how company will prosper
