Pros

ADP cares about its employees. Throughout the COVID Crisis, they have done everything possible to retain employees, provide mental health support to those who are struggling, and even provided all associates additional financial bonuses to help them through this difficult time. I have been here for almost two years and it is truly one of the best corporations I’ve worked for. They offer a generous 401k match, focus on work life balance, and foster a diverse working environment.

Cons

Sometimes things can take a while to implement new ideas/strategies, but the time lag to get things done is on par with most major corporations

Pros

Great company, believes in family first. People are awesome. Management getting better

Cons

Outsourcing of jobs within ADP lowers the quality of our product. Language barrier with outsourcing is crazy. ADP doesn't need to save money by outsourcing. Keep tenured people.

Pros

Super smart people AMAZING benefits Salary is awesome. There is no way other companies can event compete on this level (note: start your negotiations on the HIGH end, you'll most likely get it) Office in convenient Chelsea neighborhood (near F train, short distance from Union Square 4,5,6,N,R trains Office plans are to fix up 4th and 5th floors and add a rooftop deck which is supposed to include BBQ grills, wi-fi, a bar. There are titles, but loose roles/responsibilities so you can create your own role (if you're given senior management support) Making a grand effort to scale Agile Scrum

Cons

Bullying in meetings On manager level, serious clashes between long time "ADPers" and newbie hires who don't understand the culture Technical Managers hiring ex-colleagues at former to replace ADP employees Hiring smart people with Agile experience but middle managers have NO EXPERIENCE with Agile and feel threatened to loosen up control and let the development teams self-manage In the last 5 months, a number of people started to leave No clearly defined roles Teams are expected to coordinate with 5 other Scrum teams, all in offices in different locations Roughly 12 UX Designers have nothing to do all day because the project they were hired to work on lost support from senior management. Some of these folks support families. Human Resources in this office is way outnumbered by the growing low morale and bullying. Its so sad to see. hope she gets some help from NJ office. **I realize that my review is the opposite of the majority of positive ADP reviews. i invite you to go to LinkedIn, type in "ADP", set the filter for NYC office, see your common connections and start asking questions. You'll get the real story. It's that simple.
