Job Responsibilities
The call center agent is detail-oriented, empathetic, and patient while assisting potential participants and participants navigate the clinical trial process in a virtual call center. I n this role, you will engage with people who have expressed interest in participating in clinical trials and assist with basic travel and reimbursement inquiries. You’ll guide them through pre-screening questions, provide information, and help determine their eligibility for ongoing studies. The agent should be able to de-escalate situations and allow the participants to voice their concerns while assuring them that they are being heard and support is available.
Fluency in French, Italian, and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and empathy when speaking with patients
Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
GCP certification desired, but can be obtained during training
Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email
Conduct pre-screening interviews using provided scripts and guidelines
Accurately record patient data and call outcomes in internal systems
Coordinate next steps based on eligibility and study criteria
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and documentation
