OBJECTIFS & MISSIONS
Rattaché-e au département Sales Management, vous pilotez un pôle Customer Service en charge de l'ensemble du processus Order to Cash (relation client et administration des ventes : gestion des commandes, facturation...)
Votre objectif : garantir la conformité du processus tout en assurant un haut niveau de satisfaction des clients du Pôle, dans un environnement international et transverse (en interface avec le Commerce, les Programmes, la Supply Chain, la Finance et la Production).
