• Ingénieur (BAC+5) en mécanique, génie industriel ou expérience équivalente (industrialisation de systèmes électrique complexes : mécanique, harnais, électronique).
• Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en pilotage de projets d'industrialisation de produits complexes.
• Expérience démontrée en organisation matricielle et en coordination transverse large.
