Act as a liaison between business teams (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office) and IT teams

Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements related to Capital Markets activities

Participate in support of Capital Markets software solutions (e.g. Kondor, 4 Sight)

Define functional specifications, workflows, and data models

Support system configuration, testing activities (UAT, regression tests), and production deployment

Analyze and optimize business processes related to trading, risk, valuation, or post-trade activities

Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions

Support Day-to-Day Activities and monitoring

Previous experience in Capital Markets within an Asset Servicer, Asset Manager, or Investment Bank

Proven track record in the implementation of Capital Markets packaged solutions, such as:

Kondor

4Sight

Strong understanding of Front Office (FO) processes

Trade lifecycle (execution, confirmation, settlement)

Financial instruments (derivatives, equities, fixed income, FX, etc.)

Risk management, pricing, valuation, or collateral management (depending on scope)

Business and functional analysis

Requirements documentation and process modeling

Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex environment

Strong attention to detail

Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as French are a plus

Exposure to data flows, interfaces, and system integration

Background in SQL or data analysis tools
