Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Global Talent Development internationale de Boucheron, au cœur de Paris, et plus précisément le département Talent, structuré autour de trois pôles :

• Employee Engagement & Employer Branding : engagement des collaborateurs, communication interne, marque employeur, sujets I&D.
• Learning : développement des compétences, gestion et suivi des formations.
• Talent Development : revues de performance, programmes Talents, process RH transverses.

Mission principale :

En tant que stagiaire Employee Engagement & Talent Development, vous contribuerez activement à des projets liés à l'attraction, à l'engagement et au développement des collaborateurs tout au long de leur expérience chez Boucheron. Vous découvrirez des sujets au cœur du fonctionnement stratégique de la Maison, avec un impact local et international.

Responsabilités :

• Learning & Développement

Participer activement au déploiement des plans de formation et de développement des compétences pour l'ensemble des collaborateurs. Contribuer à la gestion et au suivi opérationnel des formations : coordination avec les prestataires, suivi des inscriptions et des indicateurs clés. Prendre part à l'animation de notre plateforme de digital learning et à la création de contenus pédagogiques engageants. Participer à l'analyse des besoins en formation et à la construction de nouvelles initiatives d'apprentissage en lien avec la stratégie RH de la Maison.

• Marque Employeur & Communication RH

Piloter la valorisation de la marque employeur à travers la création de contenus engageants (témoignages collaborateurs, interviews vidéo, articles internes). Optimiser le contenu pour les différents réseaux sociaux, les pages carrière et d'autres canaux afin de promouvoir l'attractivité de la Maison auprès des candidats et collaborateurs. Participer à l'organisation et à la représentation de Boucheron lors d'événements campus afin de renforcer notre présence auprès des futurs talents. Mettre régulièrement à jour le calendrier de communication interne et contribuer au suivi et au reporting des indicateurs d’engagement liés aux sujets d’employee engagement et de marque employeur.

• Engagement Collaborateurs

Participer aux initiatives visant à renforcer l'engagement des équipes : enquêtes internes, campagnes de communication interne, animation d'événements RH au niveau mondial. Assister à la planification, à la coordination et au bon déroulement des événements internes.

• Amélioration continue & projets transverses

Proposer et construire de nouveaux process pour répondre aux enjeux des clients internes : analyses régulières, reporting data et mobilité interne sur les différentes expertises du département. Accompagner l’équipe dans le suivi des projets en cours, des rétroplannings et des livrables clés sur des projets transverses. Créer et maintenir des documents internes RH et Talent, guidelines et supports de référence. Contribuer aux retours d’expérience post-projets et post-évènements en recueillant les feedbacks des parties prenantes, en consolidant les enseignements clés et en participant à l’amélioration continue des processus et des futures initiatives.

Profil recherché :

• Étudiant.e en Master 2 / dernière année d’études (Université ou École de commerce/management).
• Une première expérience en gestion de projet, communication ou développement RH est appréciée.
• Excellente capacité d'organisation et gestion de projets multiples.
• Maîtrise du pack Office, en particulier PowerPoint & Excel.
• Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, avec de fortes capacités rédactionnelles.
• Autonomie, esprit d'équipe, sens du service, créativité.

Job Description :

Reporting to Boucheron’s international Global Talent Development team, based in the heart of Paris, and more specifically within the Talent department, structured around three main areas:

• Employee Engagement & Employer Branding: employee engagement, internal communication, employer branding, and Inclusion & Diversity topics.
• Learning: skills development, training management, and follow-up.
• Talent Development: performance reviews, Talent programs, and cross-functional HR processes.

Main Mission :

As an Employee Engagement & Talent Development Intern, you will actively contribute to projects related to attracting, engaging, and developing employees throughout their experience at Boucheron. You will gain exposure to topics at the heart of the Maison’s strategic operations, with both local and international impact.

Responsibilities :

• Learning & Development

Actively contribute to the deployment of training and skills development plans for all employees. Support the operational management and follow-up of training activities, including coordination with providers, registration tracking, and monitoring of key indicators. Participate in the animation of our digital learning platform and in the creation of engaging educational content. Contribute to training needs analysis and the development of new learning initiatives aligned with the Maison’s HR strategy.

• Employer Branding & HR Communication

Drive employer branding initiatives through the creation of engaging content (employee testimonials, video interviews, internal articles). Optimize content for social media platforms, career pages, and other channels to enhance the Maison’s attractiveness to candidates and employees. Participate in organizing and representing Boucheron at campus events to strengthen our visibility among future talents. Regularly update the internal communication calendar and contribute to the monitoring and reporting of engagement indicators related to employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.

• Employee Engagement

Support initiatives aimed at strengthening team engagement, including internal surveys, internal communication campaigns, and global HR events. Assist with the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of internal events.

• Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Projects

Propose and develop new processes to address internal clients’ needs through regular analysis, data reporting, and internal mobility initiatives across the department’s different areas of expertise. Support the team in monitoring ongoing projects, timelines, and key deliverables related to cross-functional initiatives. Create and maintain internal HR and Talent documents, guidelines, and reference materials. Contribute to post-project and post-event feedback processes by gathering stakeholder feedback, consolidating key learnings, and supporting the continuous improvement of processes and future initiatives.

Profile :

• Master’s degree student (final year) from a university or business/management school.
• Previous experience in project management, communication, or HR development is appreciated.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken, with strong writing skills.
• Autonomous, team-oriented, service-minded, and creative.
