Business Performance Management

Data & Business Intelligence

Drive automation and efficiency across data processes

Manage core data structures, including customer, product and hierarchy data

Develop dashboards and reporting tools

Monitor key KPIs, including sales, margins and field performance

Identify opportunities for simplification and standardisation

What you bring
-
5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, BI, Sales Operations or Data Analytics
-
Experience in an international environment
-
Knowledge of the French healthcare retail landscape, including pharmacies, distributors and GPOs
-
Advanced Excel and BI skills, including Power BI and Tableau
-
Experience with ERP and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
-
Strong analytical capabilities; SQL, Power Query and Python are advantageous

Expérience en environnement international

Connaissance des secteurs santé / medtech / FMCG et du marché français

Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et des outils BI (Power BI, Tableau…)
-
Expérience ERP / CRM (idéalement Salesforce)
-
Compétences en data / analyse de données (SQL, Power Query ; Python est un plus)
