KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical & Design Cost Estimation
Work with NB Technical personnel shipyard and third-party advisors to build cost estimates for specific vessel design and technical elements including technical specifications venue enhancements and decarbonization investmentsCost Tracking & Analysis
Maintain cost tracking for evolving technical and design developmentsCost Optimization & Validation
Help identify validate and quantify cost avoidance and cost savings opportunities in partnership with NB Team site office yardProgram Support & Collaboration
Serve as the on‑site finance liaison supporting white paper projects sister ship programsQUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
