About Our Group
We are a leading international industrial group specializing in precision manufacturing and process engineering. Committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement, our Group operates under strict IATF 16949 and EN 9100 quality frameworks, serving demanding OEM and Tier 1 customers across the automotive and aerospace sectors.
We are currently looking for a driven, solution-oriented Product & Process Project Manager to take full ownership of our New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycles.
Role Summary
As Product & Process Project Manager, you will be the single point of accountability for the complete lifecycle of new product introduction projects — from initial customer nomination to successful series launch (SOP). You will drive cross-functional teams, guarantee on-time milestone delivery, and ensure absolute conformity to Quality, Cost, and Delivery (Q, C, D) targets using our internal APQP methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Delivery: Own end-to-end project performance (Q, C, D) in strict compliance with our APQP process gate framework. Lead cross-functional project teams (Quality, Purchasing, Methods, Production) and drive key milestone reviews (Design Freeze, PPAP, SOP).
- Risk & Dashboard Management: Anticipate and escalate risks early, building immediate corrective action plans. Maintain live project dashboards and deliver executive-level progress reports to Project Direction.
- Customer & Stakeholder Interface: Act as the primary interface for assigned OEM project teams; translate customer requirements into internal targets and represent the Group at customer reviews, audits, and launch readiness assessments.
- Quality & Process Excellence: Ensure all projects achieve quality targets at Job #1. Enforce strict PFMEA and Control Plan discipline throughout the project lifecycle, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal Project Management System.
Candidate Profile
Education & Certifications:
- Engineering Degree (Bac+5 / Master’s) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- APQP / Core Tools certification is highly appreciated (CQI, AIAG/VDA).
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of industrial project management experience in an IATF 16949 or EN 9100 environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-euro NPI projects from RFQ to SOP.
- Direct experience interfacing with Tier 1 or OEM customer project teams.
Technical Skills:
- Expert mastery of Automotive/Aerospace Core Tools: APQP (AIAG/VDA), PFMEA (VDA 4 / AIAG), and Control Plans.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent scheduling tools) and advanced Excel.
- Solid capability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and process flowcharts.
Languages:
- French: C1 level — Full professional proficiency.
- English: B2 level minimum — Fluent written and spoken, comfortable in customer-facing and international environments.
Leadership & Behavioral Competencies
- Drive & Impact: A strong sense of ownership — you focus on delivering solutions, not just reporting problems.
- Resilience: Comfortable under pressure and capable of prioritizing in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Cross-functional Leadership: A natural team leader who can create alignment and influence team members across functions without formal hierarchical authority.
