Our Business Value Services Team is a high impact organisation, part of the newly created Customer Office, supporting Country Leader OU. The Customer Office is the catalyst for customer value creation, driving innovation & ai at scale through cutting-edge, impact-driven solutions. The team is playing a major role in leading the way in AI-powered transformation with Agentforce, Data Cloud and our C360, redefining how organizations consume and extract value from technology.

As part of this Customer Office, BVS is bringing the strategic, industry and business perspectives to our customers’ transformation. We are looking for a highly talented and passionate individual to cover our Retail CPG BU to drive industry-focused strategy and execution across our most strategic accounts in France.

Salesforce is striving to deliver business transformation enabled by technology to its customers and therefore requires individuals able to develop deep insight into the business dynamics of large complex enterprises and help shape executive customers change agenda.

You will work with our Retail CPG leader and sales teams, with our broad extended account team and our most senior executives on some of the most strategic accounts in France. Specifically, this role is focused on definition of Account Strategies, delivery of C-Level value propositions, investment justifications and development of complex deal structures and commercial proposals for large deals.

Responsibilities:

• Work with accounts sales teams to define the commercial strategy; prioritize sales initiatives based on pain points, value creation potential, and customers’ strategic priorities

• Build and deliver compelling Investment Justifications to secure Customers’ funding for Salesforce solutions. Work closely with account teams and customers to identify, analyze and articulate key business value drivers

• Develop and refine industry-specific executive content (e.g., points of view, value cases, presentations) for our executive customers and prospects in the Retail CPG industry

• Articulate how our solutions will digitally transform customers’ businesses at scale

• Put together attractive deal structures and articulate the value of our proposals

• Create and deliver C- level compelling propositions as basis for strategic technology and investment decisions

• Articulate strategic and industry insights to support sales team in identifying the best playgrounds to grow and present at key events

• Support the acceleration strategy of our Agentforce solutions by driving insights an recommendations where agents could create values for our clients

• Collaborate closely with all the sales and pre-sales team to make our proposals attractive and compelling
  

Experience & Skills:

• Profile: Experience in a Strategy Consulting Firm or a similar role in a Tech environment. Experience in the Retail CPG industry industry, at a strategy, industry or high-growth SaaS company.

• Executive Presentations & Influence: Strong presentation skills, with experience developing decks conveying quantified and actionable insights and recommandation to CxOs. Demonstrates high EQ and tact while influencing, negotiating, and navigating productively through conflict. Must be a self-starter, high energy

• Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical & problem solving skills essential. Strong quantitative and Business understanding capabilities to articulate business cases. Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills, with experience developing and understanding models and analyzing complex datasets.

• Managing Ambiguity: Ability to work effectively in a rapidly evolving and fast-paced environment, demonstrating consistent ability to set a vision, prioritize, cut through noise, and execute through ambiguity. Comfortable working with limited information and asking questions.

• Consultative selling: Strong appetite to work in a consultative strategic selling environment. Strong ability to collaborate with different teams (Sales, Solution Engineer, Architect, FDE, Partners, etc.)

• Interest & Quality: Strong inclination to Technology including AI & Enterprise Software industry. Is consistently accurate and delivers high-quality work on time

Nous recherchons une personne talentueuse et passionnée pour couvrir notre BU Retail CPG afin de piloter la stratégie et l'exécution axées sur l'industrie pour nos comptes les plus stratégiques en France.

Vous travaillerez avec notre leader Retail CPG et les équipes de vente, avec notre large équipe de compte étendue et nos cadres les plus seniors sur certains des comptes les plus stratégiques en France. Plus précisément, ce rôle est axé sur la définition des stratégies de compte, la présentation de propositions de valeur de niveau C, les justifications d'investissement et le développement de structures contractuelles complexes et de propositions commerciales pour les transactions importantes.

Responsabilités :

• Travailler avec les équipes de vente des comptes pour définir la stratégie commerciale ; hiérarchiser les initiatives de vente en fonction des points de douleur, du potentiel de création de valeur et des priorités stratégiques des clients

• Élaborer et fournir des justifications d'investissement convaincantes pour obtenir le financement des clients pour les solutions Salesforce. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de compte et les clients pour identifier, analyser et articuler les principaux moteurs de valeur commerciale

• Développer et affiner du contenu exécutif spécifique à l'industrie (par exemple, points de vue, dossiers de valeur, présentations) pour nos clients exécutifs et prospects dans l'industrie Retail CPG

• Expliquer comment nos solutions transformeront numériquement les entreprises des clients à grande échelle

• Mettre en place des structures de transaction attrayantes et articuler la valeur de nos propositions

• Créer et présenter des propositions convaincantes de niveau C comme base pour les décisions stratégiques en matière de technologie et d'investissement

• Articuler des idées stratégiques et industrielles pour aider l'équipe de vente à identifier les meilleurs terrains de jeu pour se développer et présenter lors d'événements clés

• Soutenir la stratégie d'accélération de nos solutions Agentforce en fournissant des informations et des recommandations sur les points où les agents pourraient créer de la valeur pour nos clients

Expérience et compétences :

• Profil : Expérience dans un cabinet de conseil en stratégie ou un rôle similaire dans un environnement technologique. Expérience dans l'industrie Retail CPG, au sein d'une entreprise de stratégie, d'industrie ou de SaaS à forte croissance.

• Présentations exécutives et influence : Solides compétences en présentation, avec une expérience dans l'élaboration de supports transmettant des informations et des recommandations quantifiées et exploitables aux CXO. Fait preuve d'un QE élevé et de tact tout en influençant, négociant et naviguant de manière productive à travers les conflits. Doit être autonome, dynamique

Solides capacités quantitatives et de compréhension commerciale pour articuler des analyses de rentabilisation.
