As a Mechanical Commissioning Coordinator, you will be part of our Quality & Commissioning team. You will support the coordination and administrative follow-up of mechanical commissioning activities. You will help ensure smooth communication between site teams, contractors, and engineers, and support the organization and tracking of commissioning tasks, documentation and progress.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Support the coordination of mechanical commissioning activities on site in alignment with project schedules and priorities
• Assist in tracking installation progress, updates, and site activities in coordination with contractors and site teams
• Support the organization and follow-up of commissioning documentation, checklists, and reports
• Assist in maintaining and updating punch lists, action logs, and progress tracking tools
• Coordinate meeting scheduling, preparation of agendas, and follow-up of minutes of meeting (MoM)
• Support communication between commissioning engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely information flow
• Assist in ensuring proper filing, control, and traceability of commissioning documents

Show your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, Administration, or related field
• Initial experience in coordination, site support, or project administration (construction or industrial environment is a plus)
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems or construction site processes
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office and document tracking tools
• Fluency in English and French (B2 min.)
• Structured, reliable, and proactive mindset
