A bit about your role
As the Demand and Supply Planner, you will play a key role in coordinating end-to-end planning across Pure Nutrition’s operations, ensuring demand, production, and supply are aligned to deliver excellent service to our customers. You’ll be responsible for managing forecasts, inventory, production planning, and logistics, while identifying risks and driving practical solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reporting directly to the Site Operational Manager – Rolleston and 3rd Party, you will work closely with Production, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams locally and internationally, along with third-party partners, to support efficient planning outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
A bit about you
You are an experienced planner with a strong background in demand and supply planning within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. You bring proven capability in balancing competing priorities, working with data, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve outcomes. You’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, can see the bigger picture, and is confident making decisions in a dynamic, evolving environment.
You’re highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working across systems and processes, with strong communication skills that enable you to build effective relationships both locally and internationally. You take ownership of your work, collaborate well with others, and are motivated to continuously improve planning performance and outcomes.

Owned by the Global Top 5 dairy company Yili Group, Westland Milk Products and its related companies in New Zealand, Oceania Dairy (Glenavy), Pure Nutrition (Rolleston), Canary Foods (Hamilton) and EasiYo (Auckland) form a group that we refer to as the Yili Oceania group.
