• Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across the Maintenance & Repair portfolio throughout the EMEIA region;

• Define and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions;

• Contribute to the product roadmap and support new product development and launch activities;

• Manage the product lifecycle and ensure portfolio vitality through continuous optimization;

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities

• Optimize pricing strategies to support profitability and market competitiveness;

• Develop impactful marketing content and sales enablement tools, including digital campaigns, brochures, and product launches;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate demand, improve customer engagement, and achieve commercial targets.

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing within an industrial or technical environment;

• Proven ability to manage product portfolios and drive business growth;

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities;

• Fluent in French and English.

• Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen;

• Excellent prioritization, planning, and organizational skills;

• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing abilities;

• Ability to collaborate effectively across international and cross-functional teams;
