Le site de Pont de Claix regroupe le siège mondial de l’unité Pharmaceutical Systems, une unité de production parmi les 6 sites de production mondiaux (France, UK, Singapour, Japon, US, Mexique) et le marché Français pour les autres unités du groupe BD.

Au sein du site du Pont-de-Claix (38), vous intégrerez le service une équipe internationale de chefs de projets basée en France, UK et US ; une organisation dynamique en charge de la gestion de programmes stratégiques et de projets digitaux. L’équipe pilote et supporte des projets structurants en s’appuyant sur des outils digitaux de gestion de portefeuille, notamment OnePlan.

VOTRE MISSION

• Assurer le support aux utilisateurs de OnePlan (outil de gestion de projets)
• Accompagner les équipes dans la prise en main et l’utilisation de l’outil
• Contribuer à la résolution des incidents et demandes utilisateurs
• Recueillir les besoins utilisateurs et proposer des évolutions
• Faire le lien avec les équipes techniques / IT pour implémenter les améliorations
• Contribuer à la structuration et au suivi de projets (coordination, suivi des actions, reporting)
• Participer à l’analyse et à la fiabilisation des données projets (KPI, dashboards)
• Contribuer à l’amélioration des outils de pilotage (OnePlan, Power BI…)
• Support ponctuel aux chefs de projets sur différentes missions

VOTRE PROFIL

• Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur, université ou équivalent)
• Intérêt pour les systèmes d’information et les outils digitaux
• Bonne maîtrise d’Excel
• La connaissance de Power BI, Power Apps ou outils de data visualisation est un plus
• Anglais courant (environnement international)
• Curiosité, autonomie, esprit d’initiative
• Bon relationnel et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés
• Esprit analytique et rigueur
