Part of The Bicester Collection, La Vallée Village doesn't do ordinary. Nestled within the charming landscape of the Île-de-France region, just east of Paris, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 110 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.

The Retail Marketing & Operations team is hiring a Retail Marketing Manager.

The role

Location: Serris – On Site Starting minimum salary: 60K€ minimum

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

• Drives Retail Marketing strategy by managing brand relationships and partnerships to generate qualified footfall and support sales targets.
• Segments the brand portfolio and defines tailored strategies and campaigns to maximise brand performance and visibility.
• Aligns marketing and commercial calendars, positioning brand activations to deliver both branding impact and short-term sales results.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration and partnerships (internal teams and brand HQs) to deliver integrated campaigns, strong engagement, and continuous performance tracking.

What we're looking for

• Master degree in marketing;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a strong Luxury or Premium Brand environment;
• Experience in negotiation and networking at high level;
• Stakeholder management;
• Project Management skills;
• Chameleon approach to relationships: ability to adapt to different personalities/cultural background that each have strong points of view, with respect and humility, whilst always keeping the objectives in mind;
• Strong attention to detail;
• International experience is considered a strong asset;
• Fluent in English & French, written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills (presentations from small to larger audiences in both French and English);
• Organized and able to deliver excellent work within tight deadlines;
• Flexibility and agility to react to fast changing circumstances
• Creative and entrepreneurial;
• Strong skills in MS Office.
