To be responsible for owning and expanding the end-to-end relationship with a large/strategic global client. The role serves as the single point of accountability for client success, driving multi-country revenue growth, delivery excellence and long-term strategic alignment between client global business priorities and our services portfolios.Global Client Partner â CP with an account size of 50M+
Key Responsibilities
1.Own the overall client relationship across all geographies, service lines and business units
2.Act as the strategic advisor to the clients CIO/CTO/CFO/Business Heads
3.Build and sustain HCLâs position as a preferred global partner
4.Drive global revenue expansion by identifying opportunities across regions, industry and service offering
