A day in the life
As a Site Process Engineer, your day begins with analyzing performance data from previous shifts, quickly identifying areas needing attention. You'll spend time on the Fulfillment Center floor, observing processes firsthand and connecting with associates to understand their daily challenges. One moment you might be brainstorming with your team about implementing a new robotics solution, the next you could be leading a workshop helping operations leaders adopt best practices. Your problem-solving skills come into play as you tackle real-time challenges, while your afternoons often involve collaborating with colleagues across Europe to share insights and align on network-wide improvements.
