My work experince and what I would benefit from the company
There were basic interview questions along with about 5 role play scenarios, used to show how you'd empathize at the beginning of different call types. It was very short, they just wanted to see how you'd respond and if they could hear how you adjust your tone appropriately.

Are you capable of working in small confined spaces?
Do you know specifications for overhead and underground utilities and fiber design. Why did you leave your last position etc. Basic stuff if have done the work in the past, but if you don't have that history, forget it, the work is so specific and there isn't any formal training, its sink or swim. It literally takes years to understand the process.
There was no difficult question.
