What things do you think are important for a role writing/ editing children's books? If you could write a book or a series, what would your dream book/ series be about? How would you feel working on books/ games for a range of ages? Are there any topics you would be uncomfortable writing about or that you might find boring? If asked to write on a topic you don't know about, how would you go about researching the topic? Other questions related to my answers to the application questions (eg. to elaborate on a written task I had done and how I would imagine the illustrations working with the text). Also questions about my CV and my specific experience and how they might transfer to this role.
How would you go about interpreting a scientist's research for a layperson?
Was not prepared for the targeted selection style of interviewing at first. It is a weird style, but a good one once you get the hang of it. I will use it in the future.
